Our Approach & What to Expect on Your First Visit
Our approach is unique and multidisciplinary. On your first visit to the fitness lab, we spend a little extra time getting to know you. We use both visual and manual therapy assessments to discuss and create a treatment plan with you and your specific needs in mind. Put what you know on the shelf and be open-minded, we are not a typical gym, spa or therapeutic experience.
