Pre & Post Natal Wellness Care

Some pregnancy therapies, such as prenatal fitness, massage and health coaching, can help prepare expectant parents physically, mentally, and emotionally for labor and childbirth. Back Pain

As the body changes dramatically through each trimester, the prevance of back pain increases. Prenancy Injuries

In addition to all the changes the body goes through, accident and injury can happen. Although women are more cautious when pregnant, this does not absolve them from injuries. We support injury rehabilitation related to sports, auto, work, etc…

Partner Support

As much as this time is about the journey to motherhood, your partner has the job of supporting you and managing other stressors related to expanding the family. Stress is no stranger during this period. Encourage your partner to stay calm and strong through this time. Our programs and packages are designed with everyone in mind.

Our approach is unique and multidisciplinary. On your first visit to the fitness lab we spend a little extra time getting to know you. We use both visual and manual therapy assessments to discuss and create a treatment plan with you and your specific needs in mind. Put what you know on the shelf and be open minded, we are not a typical gym, spa or therapeutic experience.
